Maid service and Wi-Fi are included in all rates. 50% deposit is required within 5 days of booking. The balance or damage deposit is due 45 days before check-in. Prices do NOT INCLUDE the 19% Mexican IVA tax. We offer a shopping service, so all you need is there and put away when you arrive and that includes water, good wines, beer and liquors. We have a list we will send you. We also offer an airport pick-up service from a family that we have worked with for years!
Our rooms book far in advance, and as a small, exclusive property, we are not able to offer refunds. Emergencies do happen! We strongly recommend travel insurance in case of family emergencies, weather conditions, flight cancellations, etc.

Getting to Troncones
It is easy to get here; just fly into Zihuantanejo/Ixtapa, airport code ZIH. The many airlines that go to ZIH are Alaska Airlines, U.S. Air, Aero Mexico, United, Air Canada, Sun Country, Mexicana, and Delta; they fly through most major cities in the US and Canada, or through Mexico City.
Casa de la Sirena is located in the beachfront community of Troncones, approximately 30 kms. North of Ixtapa / Zihuatanejo.
From the airport, take 200 North through Zihuatanejo heading towards Ixtapa.
When you approach the 30 K marker, there is a sign to Troncones. Travel approximately .3 K to the beach. At the T, go right and follow the beach road , cross the bridge and look for our Casa de la Sirena welcome sign. It is about 30 minutes from the airport.
A world-class resort, Zihuatanejo’s “twin” sister could not be more different! Dancing until dawn in the clubs and discos, dining on food with an international flair, or shopping at the fabulous boutiques will quench your thirst for sophistication. Ixtapa is also home to two world-class golf courses, and much more.
It is a pre-colonial, beautiful historic small city with much to see and many smiling faces. A bustling fishing town with much to offer tourists, she also entertains the beach party crowd, complete with parasailing, on the beautiful La Ropa Beach.
