When you enter Casa De La Sirena property, it truly feels like walking into a tropical garden paradise. Bird of paradise blossoms line the garden paths linking our villas, bungalow, and suites to the pools, covered platform, and beach. Our boutique hotel is a quiet oasis within the gentle town of Troncones. Even at full capacity, you’ll never feel cramped. Within the property there is ample space to wander freely through our garden grounds and pool area, or practice movement arts in the greenery-enclosed patio.
Each villa and the bungalow accommodates two (though we can add a third twin bed into the room for an extra cost), and each is private, spacious, and elegant. If you want to bring the whole family, we have room for up to 22 people. All our accommodations are beautifully decorated and have breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. There is an open-air kitchen in each of the rooms, as well as Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and AC options.

One-week minimum
The open-air living and dining space overlooks the pool area and beach, so you can relax in the privacy of your villa and enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour margarita while gazing at the sea. The adjoining kitchen comes equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, and cooking essentials. Each villa has a large bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage. Screened-in windows on three sides of the bedroom allow gentle ocean winds to breeze through. A ceiling fan and AC are available in the bedroom too.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a bench, plenty of closet space, and shuttered windows.
Daily maid service is always included.
Just outside each villa, there are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs surrounding the pool. Sunbath between refreshing dips or take a nap in the shade of our umbrellas. Later in the day, enjoy the poolside BBQ and wet bar.
Prefer the sandy beach? Stroll through the pool area gate to our private beach, and relax on lounge chairs shaded by locally made palapas. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a good book or relax after a long walk along the beach.

The Private Villa has three large bedrooms; each has a king-sized bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Twin beds are available to switch out with the king-sized bed. On the top floor, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances is available, and you can prepare meals with everything you need. The living and dining areas are also on the top floor, adjoining the kitchen. As is the Mexican tradition, these rooms are open-air and overlook the private pool area, beach, and ocean. The first floor of the private villa has two large bedrooms with king beds (or twins) and plenty of storage, each with its own private baths and living space.
Love to barbecue and enjoy your meals poolside? You’re in luck! The Villa has its own private pool with an adjoining outdoor gourmet kitchen, wet bar, and dining area.
Of course, the garden grounds, yoga platform, beachside palapas, and lounge chairs are available for use by our Private Villa guests also.

Ceiling fans and Wi-Fi are also included. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is available, and a private cook is available for hire to prepare delicious, fresh gourmet meals for you to enjoy at any time of day.

A king bed or two twin beds are available as options. The bath features an artisan tiled walk-in shower, closet space, and shuttered windows. Follow up the curved staircase to your private sitting area with a breathtaking view and the adjacent kitchen overlooking the trees and ocean. Breakfast at the kitchen table and watch the waves break. It’s the perfect spot to take in a spectacular sunset while sipping margaritas after a fun-filled day.

Our very best room. Maybe the best in all of Troncones! The terrace suite was the original top floor of the owner’s home and continues to offer elegant living and spectacular European like views of Troncones.

Turn around to enjoy a view of the magnificent Sierra Madre Mountains from the kitchen. The spacious main room includes lounging chairs and a couch, a dining area, and a full kitchen. Look out over the village activities and mountain greenery from the kitchen windows when preparing a meal or morning snack. With views on three sides of the main room through large arched window space, there is always a gentle ocean breeze to keep everyone comfortable.
The private and enclosed bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, or two twin beds can be exchanged to fit your needs. Ceiling fans and Wi-Fi are also included. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is available upon request. The private bath includes a tiled walk-in shower, plenty of storage and closet space, and shuttered windows.

Casa Mocajete
One of our very best rooms with extra privacy. Casa Mocajete was the original main floor of the owner’s home and continues to offer elegant living and spectacular views.

Your stay in Casa Mocajete resembles living in an elegant, authentic Mexican-style apartment. The spacious main room includes lounging chairs and a couch, a dining area, and a full kitchen. Look out over the village activities and mountain greenery from the kitchen windows when preparing a meal or morning snack. Bamboo pole walls and full-view open windows allow plenty of fresh ocean air to breeze through the apartment and keep everyone comfortable.

The Garden Suite
The garden suite is on the ground floor next to the garage, facing a garden with a beautiful fountain. It’s our “tiny house” version of paradise. It enjoys all the amenities of our other rooms, but without the same views, in about 300 square feet!

A small open air kitchen (sans oven) and living-dining area are all on the first floor and shaded at all times.
The bedroom with AC enjoys a queen bed, small bamboo closet and dresser. It also has a large walk in shower.
The Garden Suite is a great place in paradise if you arrive a few days before or need to stay longer than your regular booking. Its also great if you are spending a short week with us. The Garden Suite shares all the amenities of the property to assure a great stay.

Our rooms book far in advance, and, as a small, exclusive property, we are not able to offer refunds. Emergencies do happen! We strongly recommend travel insurance in case of family emergencies, weather conditions, flight cancellations, etc.
Some of our units accept dogs with a $350 USD deposit via cash upon arrival. There is a 65-lb weight limit.
