Total 3 king suites. $350 damage deposit.. Private pool. BBQ/Entertainment center. Air Conditioning available at $30/night **Rates are based on a minimum stay of 7 days.

The compound is perfect for family/friend reunions, weddings, yoga/health retreats If rented for a one week minimum, we offer a 10% discount from the rack rates listed above. Discount not available during the holidays. This offer is not valid combined with any other offers.

Taxes, maid service and WiFi are included in all rates. 50% deposit required with 5 days of booking. Balance/damage deposit due 45 days before check in.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. WE BOOK FAR IN ADVANCE, TURNING MANY PEOPLE AWAY ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT. FAMILY EMERGENCIES, NATURAL DISASTERS, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS DO HAPPEN. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE ANY RESTITUTION FOR A CANCELLED OR DELAYED TRIP. A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to check in.
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. If we do not have incoming guests, we are flexible about check out time.
